Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of four drugs is safe and effective for adults with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if this four-drug mix works better than similar combinations with fewer drugs. Participants receive the drugs in 28-day cycles and are closely monitored for their response and any side effects.
