Summary
This study tests a 12-week multimodal exercise program (supervised sessions, home exercises, and digital support) in 128 adults aged 45–85 with both type 2 diabetes and sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). The goal is to see if the program improves muscle strength, physical function, and blood sugar control. Participants must be on stable diabetes medication and able to exercise.
