Summary

This study looks at whether a team of healthcare professionals can help older adults (65 and older) stay healthy and recover better after a stem cell transplant for blood cancer. About 40 participants will see multiple providers to improve their fitness before and after the transplant. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps patients handle the transplant process more smoothly.
