Summary
This study tested whether a multidisciplinary biopsychosocial program (a team of experts addressing physical, emotional, and social factors) works better than standard multimodal care for chronic low back pain. 128 adults participated over 4 weeks. The goal was to reduce pain, disability, and improve quality of life and sleep.
