Summary

This study looks at 300 people with early-stage lung cancer to understand why some tumors grow differently. Researchers will analyze genes, immune cells, and other markers from tumor samples. The goal is to find patterns that could lead to better predictions of cancer return and new treatment options. Participants will have follow-up visits after surgery to track their recovery.
