Summary
This study tested a manual therapy technique called Mulligan SNAG for people with long-term low back pain. Thirty adults were split into three groups: one received SNAG plus standard physiotherapy, another received standard physiotherapy alone, and a third received a fake SNAG treatment. The goal was to see if SNAG improved pain, movement, and daily function better than the other approaches.
