Summary
This study is observing a large group of 637 patients with a specific genetic type of colorectal cancer, known as MSI. The goal is to better understand how this cancer behaves, which patients are at higher risk of it coming back, and how well different treatments work for it. Researchers are collecting detailed information over time to improve future care decisions.
