Summary
This early-stage trial tests a single injection of special nerve cells directly into the brain for people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and severe movement disorder. The main goal is to check safety in 9 adults aged 30-70 whose current treatments are not working well. Researchers will also watch for signs of improvement in movement and daily function over one year.
