Scientists hunt for the secret behind devastating MS

NCT ID NCT04873492

Summary

This study aims to understand why multiple sclerosis (MS) is so different from person to person, ranging from mild to rapidly severe. Researchers will analyze blood samples from 130 people, including those with aggressive and non-aggressive MS, to look for differences in their immune cells and genes. The goal is to find biological clues that predict a poor outcome, which could one day lead to better treatments.
