Summary
This study tested two different online exercise programs designed to help people with multiple sclerosis manage leg stiffness and muscle tightness (spasticity). The programs were delivered through group video classes to 232 participants. Researchers measured whether these exercises improved stiffness, fatigue, sleep, and daily activities over several months.
