Summary
This study is testing a 4-month intensive outpatient program designed to help people with multiple sclerosis (MS). The program combines specialized physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and nutritional counseling to improve movement, thinking skills, and overall well-being. Researchers will measure changes in hand coordination, walking, balance, and fatigue to see if this comprehensive, non-drug approach is effective.
