Summary

This study tests whether an intensive program combining physical therapy, counseling, and nutrition advice can help people with multiple sclerosis move better, think clearer, and feel better overall. About 26 adults with MS who can attend regular sessions will take part. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach improves daily life and physical performance.
