Summary
This study aims to understand how multiple sclerosis (MS) naturally progresses over time by regularly scanning patients' brains with MRI. It will follow 3,750 adults with MS or similar conditions, as well as healthy volunteers, to see how brain lesions change and relate to immune system markers. The goal is to learn more about how the disease works and how treatments affect it, not to test a new therapy.
