First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study uses MRI scans to watch how multiple sclerosis (MS) changes in the brain over time. Researchers will follow up to 3750 people, including those with MS, those starting new treatments, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand how the disease progresses and how approved therapies affect it, without testing any new drugs.
