Scientists try 'Precision Medicine' approach to tame MS progression

Summary
This study aims to find better ways to control multiple sclerosis (MS) progression by testing if personalized drug combinations work better than single drugs. Researchers will measure inflammation markers in spinal fluid to match 250 adults with progressive MS to one of four drugs, then possibly add a second drug. The goal is to see if this 'precision medicine' approach can slow disability progression more effectively than current treatments.
