First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study uses a special PET-MRI scan with a tracer called [18F]-DPA-714 to see inflammation in the brains of 41 people with active multiple sclerosis (MS). The goal is to better understand how inflammation relates to MS symptoms and to create a standard method for using this scan across multiple hospitals. Participants must have relapsing-remitting MS, be between 18 and 55, and not be on current MS treatments.
