MS patients test which Pre-Med makes infusions less groggy
NCT ID NCT07472413
Summary
This study aims to find out which common allergy medicine works better as a pre-treatment before MS infusion therapy. Researchers will compare cetirizine (like Zyrtec) with diphenhydramine (like Benadryl) in 60 MS patients receiving specific infusion treatments. The main goal is to see which causes less sleepiness and fatigue while still preventing infusion reactions.
