Summary
This study aims to understand what causes severe fatigue in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Researchers will test 40 people with MS to see if a specific type of immune cell in their blood is linked to their fatigue levels and physical performance. The goal is to find a measurable biological marker for fatigue, which could help guide future treatments.
