Can a 16-Week online exercise plan ease early MS symptoms?

NCT ID NCT06355804

Summary

This study is testing whether a 16-week remote coaching program can help people newly diagnosed with MS become more physically active. Researchers want to see if increasing activity through online guidance and a Fitbit improves common symptoms like fatigue, depression, and anxiety, and boosts quality of life. Participants are randomly assigned to either start the program right away or be placed on a waitlist for comparison.
