Summary
This study aims to understand Multiple Sclerosis (MS) better by tracking people over many years until they pass away. Researchers will compare annual brain and eye scans with a detailed examination of the actual brain and spinal cord tissue donated after death. The goal is to learn how the damage seen on scans relates to the real physical changes in the nervous system.
