Summary

This study tests whether a new type of MRI can predict thinking and memory problems in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will scan the brains of 75 adults with MS and compare the images to their performance on thinking tests. The goal is to find a better way to detect and track brain changes that affect cognition.
