Summary
This study aimed to find better ways to predict if people with early brain scan abnormalities will develop multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers tested new markers in blood and spinal fluid from 100 people who had these early scan findings. The goal was to see if these markers could help doctors identify who needs closer monitoring or earlier treatment.
