Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called MRT-8102 for the first time in humans. It aims to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. The trial includes 100 healthy adults and people with high inflammation (elevated CRP) who are at risk for heart disease. Participants take the drug or a placebo by mouth for up to 28 days.
