New mRNA flu shot trial aims for better protection

Summary
This study tests an experimental mRNA flu vaccine in healthy adults aged 18 and older. Researchers want to see if it is safe and triggers a strong immune response. Participants receive one shot and are followed for about 6 months with blood tests and a nasal swab. The results will be compared to approved flu vaccines.
