Summary
This study tested a new mRNA flu vaccine in over 1,100 adults aged 50 and older. The goal was to see if it is safe and triggers a stronger immune response compared to standard flu shots. Participants received one injection of either the new vaccine or a licensed flu vaccine, and researchers monitored side effects and antibody levels for about a month.
