New mRNA shot aims to tame multiple sclerosis

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called mRNA-1195 in 180 adults aged 18 to 55 who have multiple sclerosis (MS). The goal is to see if it is safe and how the body reacts to it. Participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo as a shot into the muscle. The study will also look at brain scans to see if the drug can reduce MS-related brain lesions.
