First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a dietary supplement made from royal jelly (MRJPs) can improve ovarian function and the thickness of the uterine lining in women with diminished ovarian reserve or thin endometrium. Sixty-six women aged 20 to 45 will take either the supplement or a placebo for one menstrual cycle. Researchers will measure hormone levels and use ultrasound to check for changes.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a dietary supplement to support fertility in women with low ovarian reserve or thin uterine lining.
What could go wrong
This is a small early-phase trial with only 66 participants, so results may not apply widely. The supplement is not a proven treatment and may have no effect.
