New scan battle: MRI vs X-Ray in race to spot hidden joint damage

NCT ID NCT07233122

Summary

This study aims to see if MRI scans are better than standard X-rays at spotting early joint damage in adults with hemophilia who have had repeated knee bleeds. Researchers will compare two scoring systems on images from 95 participants to see which method gives a clearer picture of joint health. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor the disease and guide treatment decisions.
