First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study compares two types of radiation therapy for breast cancer after surgery: the standard CT-guided method and a newer MRI-guided approach. About 17 women aged 50 and older with early-stage breast cancer took part. The goal is to see if MRI-guided radiation works as well as CT-guided radiation at controlling the cancer over two years.
