New brain scan test aims to sharpen MS diagnosis
NCT ID NCT04705870
Summary
This study tested two different types of specialized MRI brain scans to see which one is better at spotting a specific sign of multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers compared the scans in 60 adults with recently diagnosed MS who were already getting an MRI as part of their regular care. The goal was to find a more reliable way to detect MS-related changes in the brain's blood vessels.
