Special eye scan could predict which kids beat cancer
NCT ID NCT03267459
Summary
This study aims to see if a special type of MRI scan can predict how well children with retinoblastoma (a childhood eye cancer) will respond to a targeted chemotherapy treatment. Researchers will scan 60 children before they start treatment to look for signs that might show if the chemotherapy will work. The goal is to help doctors identify early which children might need different or additional treatments.
