First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study is testing a new way to deliver high-dose radiation to liver tumors using real-time MRI guidance. The goal is to find the highest safe dose that can be given without causing severe side effects. About 32 adults with liver metastases will participate, and the study will monitor them for up to a year. This is an early-phase trial focused on safety, not on curing the disease.
