First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a special type of MRI-guided radiation can better control abdominal cancer that has spread to a few spots (oligometastatic disease). About 30 adults with certain cancers (like colorectal, breast, or lung) that have spread to the liver, adrenal glands, or lymph nodes will receive this targeted treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves local tumor control and reduces side effects compared to standard radiation.
