Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether higher doses of radiation, precisely targeted using real-time MRI guidance, can effectively treat rectal cancer while allowing patients to keep their rectum. The main goal is to find the highest dose that is safe and doesn't cause severe side effects. Researchers will also check if the treatment successfully eliminates the tumor.
