Summary

This study tested whether using MRI to guide focused ultrasound waves could safely destroy prostate cancer tumors. It involved 25 men with early-stage prostate cancer who received this targeted treatment. Researchers checked one year later to see if the cancer was gone and monitored side effects like urinary and sexual function.
