Targeted radiation blast aims to zap prostate tumors while sparing healthy tissue

NCT ID NCT02307058

Summary

This study compares two ways to deliver radiation for prostate cancer. One method gives an extra high dose to visible tumor areas using MRI guidance, while the other uses daily radiation treatments. Researchers want to see which approach better controls cancer while reducing side effects and preserving quality of life for patients.
