Summary
This study will use advanced MRI techniques to measure oxygen levels in the lungs of 50 people with early-stage idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). The goal is to see if MRI can identify areas of low oxygen, which may be linked to disease progression. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
