First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study uses MRI scans to measure how well the placenta is working in pregnancies where the baby is not growing properly (IUGR). The goal is to help doctors decide the safest time to deliver the baby. About 80 pregnant women with IUGR will have MRI scans, and the results will be compared with the placenta's health after birth.
