New cancer drug MRG007 enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called MRG007 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread and cannot be surgically removed. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug helps shrink tumors in patients with colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, and other cancers who have run out of standard treatment options. Researchers will carefully monitor side effects and how the drug behaves in the body.
