NCT ID NCT07215494

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at 50 adults with AL amyloidosis who achieved complete remission after initial chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if finding small traces of the disease (called minimal residual disease) can help guide further treatment, like stem cell transplants, to improve organ function and survival. The goal is to understand if deeper disease control leads to better long-term outcomes.
