This study tests whether adding belantamab mafodotin to lenalidomide after a stem cell transplant can turn residual myeloma cells undetectable in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. About 94 adults who have already had a transplant will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to improve disease control and reduce the chance of relapse.
