Summary

This phase 2 study tested MP-424 (Telaprevir) in 15 people with genotype 1b hepatitis C who had not been treated with interferon before. Participants took three 250 mg tablets every 8 hours for 24 weeks. The main goal was to see if the virus became undetectable 24 weeks after treatment ended.
