Summary
This study is testing whether Mozobil, a drug already used for other conditions, can safely improve low white blood cell counts in adults with WHIMS syndrome. WHIMS is a rare genetic disorder where the immune system doesn't work properly, leading to frequent infections, warts, and other health problems. Researchers will give participants increasing doses of Mozobil to find the right amount that boosts white blood cells without causing serious side effects.
