Knee surgery prep: new program targets anxiety and depression

Summary

This study tests a behavioral program called Moving Well for people waiting for knee replacement surgery. The goal is to see if it helps reduce anxiety and depression before the operation. About 79 adults aged 50 and older will take part, working with a coach to improve their mental well-being.
