Summary

This study tests a new way of teaching called MOVI-OLE! that uses special furniture and active lessons to get kids moving more in class. Researchers will check if this helps 500 students in 5th and 6th grade think better, feel happier, and stay healthier. The goal is to see if changing the classroom can reduce sitting time and improve well-being.
