Summary
This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program with aerobic and resistance training could improve physical fitness, reduce fatigue, and enhance quality of life for breast cancer patients in Indonesia. Thirty-six patients who had completed primary treatment took part. They exercised at home with supervision and were monitored by phone and hospital visits. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and beneficial in a real-world setting.
