NCT ID NCT07467018
First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to prevent HIV by giving a long-acting injectable medication called lenacapavir to people who are unhoused or unstably housed in Los Angeles County. A mobile health van brings the shots directly to shelters, encampments, and community centers. The goal is to see if this approach helps more people start and stay on HIV prevention, and to understand the costs and benefits.
