Brain zap trial hopes to restore arm movement after stroke

Summary
This early study tests a brain stimulation device in 4 people who had an ischemic stroke at least 6 months ago and still have arm weakness. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can help rewire the brain to improve arm movement. Participants will have weekly therapy sessions and monthly check-ups.
