This trial tests whether adding a structured mental rehearsal program to regular practice helps adolescent basketball players shoot more accurately, especially when they must also perform a thinking task at the same time. Thirty male players aged 15 to 17 will either follow their usual training or add an eight-week motor imagery program three times a week.
