Talking therapy may bust menopause myths and boost growth

Summary
This study tests whether four weekly motivational interviewing sessions can reduce false beliefs about menopause and help women grow from the experience. About 96 postmenopausal women will be randomly assigned to either the talking therapy or usual care. The goal is to see if this simple approach improves mental well-being.
